We will see how this goes...

... I have made several attempts at blogging and at journal writing and none of them have lasted for longer than about a week. I am attempting to do this again because one of the things that I would like to do, in this the year that I become a QUINQUAGENARIAN, or a person who is fifty years old, is that I would like to write a book about a collection of things - favourite quotes, maybe some recipes, , things that make me laugh, some short essays - I am not quite sure. This blog will be a place for me to document my thoughts.

I am very excited about turing fifty. I have no desire to be any younger or any older than I am right now. As often as I feel inspired to, I will write something here. we will see how it goes....
